What is a Will
A Will is a valid legal document that determines what will be done with a persons property after death.
Why do I need a Will?
Your Will protects the people you love. Your Will allows you to determine what will happen to your property after your death. If you have minor children your Will allows you to nominate a Guardian for your children and also establish a Trust to protect the property that you leave for your children.
Who needs a Will?
Because making a Will is so simple, easy and inexpensive just about everybody should have a Will.
If you have minor children you should have a Will. If you are in a relationship with a significant other you both should have Wills. If you own a house or land you should have a Will. If you own a business you should have a Will.
If you do not have children are not married and not in a significant relationship AND you do not own a house or any other property AND you want your parents or siblings to have any property or money you do have, then you might not need a Will. But, you may need a Medical Power of Attorney and a General Power of Attorney.
